How it all began. Our fire journey

Do you dream of performing with fire ?

We teach performers, thrillseekers and bucket listers across the country how to learn the art of fire performance safely and confidently.

How did it all begin?

Around 6 years ago, when our passion for performing and entertaining began, we decided we wanted to expand on our skill set. It had to be fire.

Our Managing Director took a private lesson with a beautifully talented lady named Danielle, a dance instructor and street performer. This was where the fire journey took off.

Over time we spend endless hours working on the techniques we had learned until we were at a confident performance level. It wasn’t easy at first and we learned a lot about how unpredictable fire can be in the performance world, it was these experiences that drove us to seek further training with some breathtakingly talented dragons who train performers all over the country.

Why did we decide to teach ?

As our team of performers grew we made the decision to offer in house fire training to ensure all of our team members were at a safe and confident standard to perform and represent our brand.

We were and still are inundated with requests from people keen to learn how to perform with fire. Some to perform freelance, join our team or just do something they never thought possible. With the enquiries growing we decided to take the leap and offer our knowledge and skills to others and start them on their own fire journey.

Our managing director spent hours researching fuels,flash points, safety and breaking down moves to find the best way to teach and gain understanding until she had the foundations to launch our first fire course to the public. It was an amazing experience.

Since launching we have taught over 250 baby dragons the beginner and advanced skills of fire performance on over 25 fire courses. We’ve travelled across yorkshire, over the water to the Isle of Wight and even up to sunny Scotland. Not only have we met some truly inspirational, lovely people but we have helped create some fantastic performers too.

We decided to expand our courses even further and now offer a full multi skilled performers course for all those wanting ton get into performing. This covers….

Unfortunately Covis -19 stopped in our fire tracks for a short time, but we’re back with a bang and are starting to offer private and small group courses which are tailored to meet the new government guidelines.

We look forward to meeting future baby dragons and performers who want to start off their performer/ fire journey, whether it be to tick off a life goal, start your performance journey or just have fun. We’re here to support you all the way.
