Another beauty has passed her instructor course and is bringing classes to the Gainsborough/Lincolnshire area this April 🥰

Keri has been attending our Scunthorpe classes for some time now. As a member of our entertainment team keri is no stranger to performing and taking to the stage and has decided to Open her own classes and spread the TBB love.

here’s what Keri has to say below 🥰

Hi I'm Keri.

I'm a single mum with 8 kids!

I am also a salon owner and Educator for nails and beauty.

I have always loved dance. I did ballet, tap and modern as a child and loved being on stage. I loved the makeup, costumes and the buzz of performing. The amount of times my parents had to sit and endure my 'shows' in the living room is embarrassing! I gave up dance when I found martial arts as the classes clashed. I honestly wish I'd stayed with dance. Dancing is when my heart sings, no matter what I look like.

I found burlesque whenni was looking for a fitness class/ hobby 2 years ago when I separated. It was just meant to be a class away from home, kids and work. That very first class I was hooked again, even if I did have 2 left feet. But I went back and pushed myself, I cracked it! I then entered the first show amd did a solo! I was totally hooked, my passion for dance soared again and I finally felt like the old me! Confident, sassy, even (dare I say it) sexy.

I saw the opportunity to become an instructor and went for it.

Burlesque has become such a massive part of my life now because of how it makes me feel, strong, confident, competent. I am a better, parent, person amd friend because of the classes. It really did change my life and I cannot wait to help others come out of their shell and change their lives too.
