Where to start……..hasn’t it been a nightmare of a year?
We are so glad to be back doing what we love the most, teaching you beautiful ladies how to love your body, your mind and getting fitter ❤️

classes are back and booming with so many nee ladies across the board , along with 3 new instructors in the pipeline too!

We certainly came back with a BANG and what better way to celebrate than with a super cheeky workshop with the amazingly talented, world wide performer Kitty Campari.
our ladies learned how to shake their stuff in nothing other than a giant martini glass of course 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️
The whole experience was absolutely amazing! So thank you to all that attended and of course to Kitty herself for hosting 😘
